Kuching Car Rental

I don't write reviews often, but not writing a review for this company would be a mistake. From the very beginning, the company answered all my questions via WhatsApp very promptly, and there were many of them 🙂 Everything was explained to us in advance in a very friendly way. There were no unanswered questions, so we could confidently plan our trip on the scooter. We wanted to rent a scooter for three days, but as it rained heavily on the first day, we had to shorten our reservation, witch was no problem. I sent them all the necessary documents in advance via WhatsApp, so taking over the scooter went very quickly. We tried on helmets (almost new ones) and the owner showed us a really almost new scooter that was equipped with a phone holder, luggage case and a motorcycle locker. I tried tge scooter, we paid for the rental plus deposit and enjoyed a really nice jurney around Kuching. When we came back to return the scooter it was no longer just a company for us, they ware our friends. We travel a lot and rent scooters and motorbikes around the world, but this rental is THE BEST all of them! Dont search for another company! You only need this one 🙂

Love the rented motorcycle. Tip top condition and new. Business owner is super friendly and accommodating. My wife and I enjoyed the experience riding around Kuching with the motorcycle. Recommended for anyone who wants to rent motorcycle or car in Kuching.

They were the most professional bike rental that I found in Kuching. Bike: I rented a semi-auto 115cc bike for a month. They apologized that the bike was used, but it ran well enough without any issues, and it did not have much wear. It also nicely came with a basic visor helmet, storage box, and a rain-resistant phone holder. Services: They offered bike pickup/drop off services, and they even offer personal airport pickup/drop services as well, if you pre-schedule. This is very valuable, if you need to access the airport during odd hours. Grab Taxi works here, but it is not as reliably active like in other areas. Staff/Past Reviews: Some past 1-star reviews mentioned rude client service. But for me, whenever I would WhatsApp with the people, they were upfront and politely helpful. Whenever I visited the office, it looked pretty clean and functional, especially considering the comparatively relaxed culture of Kuching. (The staff looked younger and one was in college, so maybe other past reviews just encountered a disagreeable seasonal employee. Life happens.) They seem to enforce company policy to maintain/correct quality long-term. Conclusion: For me, they were energetic, punctual, and hungry to be the best in the area (They were the best rental that I have encountered for 8 months of international traveling). Overall, many thanks to them.

We rented a scooter for 5 days to explore the surrounded area. We really enjoyed our time! The scooter was in perfect condition and really new. The whole staff is so friendly and professional. The communication via WhatsApp was very easy and reliable. Thank you so much! 🙂

Available on time in what ever type and condition. The price also reasonable. The car also send on time and we can drop the car at departure hall airport and they come to collect it. Very recommended.
