ARIS RENTAL SERVICES TERMS OF USE

INTRODUCTION

1. This web site including but not limited to mobile, desktop and mobile application (the “Site“) is owned and operated by kuching-carrental.com Pte Ltd (“Aris Rental Services “, “we“, “us” or “our” and shall including its subsidiaries).The use of this Site and the content and information available on this Site (collectively the “Services“) shall be subject to acceptance of and compliance with the terms and conditions set forth in these terms of use (collectively, the “Terms of Use“) and elsewhere on this Site. The terms “you,” “your“, “yours“, “member” “members” and “yourself” refer to all visitors and/or members to this Site.
2. Your agreement to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use is deemed to occur upon your first use of the Site. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you should not review information or obtain goods, services or products from this Site. Aris Rental Services has the total right to edit or delete any content in the Site, including this Agreement, without notifying you.
3. If you are under the age of 18 or the legal age for giving consent hereunder pursuant to the applicable laws in your country (“legal age”), you must obtain permission from your parent(s) or legal guardian(s) to open an account on the Site. If you are the parent or legal guardian of a minor who is creating an account, you must accept and comply with these Terms of Use on the minor’s behalf and you will be responsible for the minor’s actions, any charges associated with the minor’s use of the Site and/or Services or purchases made on the Site. If you do not have consent from your parent(s) or legal guardian(s), you must stop using and/or accessing this Site and/or Services.

SUBMISSIONS

You may post reviews of products or services, comments, suggestions, or other messages, if available (collectively referred to as “Submissions”) so long as the content of your Submission is not unlawful, threatening, abusive, spiteful, defamatory, invasive of privacy, obscene, profane, sexually explicit, fraudulent or otherwise objectionable or injurious to third parties (including, but not limited to, any content that encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate applicable law). Aris Rental Services reserves the right (but not the obligation) to monitor, edit and remove any Submission. By posting or sending us any Submission, you grant Aris Rental Services a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such Submission in any media.

PROMOTIONS

From time to time, we may offer and/or co-sponsor contests and games on the Site. Each of these activities shall be governed by specific rules accessible from the Site.

CURRENCY CONVERSIONS

The currency rates on our Site are based on various sources and are provided as a guideline only. The provider of the account you pay with may use an alternative currency rate which you are responsible for confirming.

DISCLAIMER AND EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT WILL ARIS RENTAL SERVICES BE LIABLE, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, TO ANYONE FOR ANY DAMAGE OR LOSS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO ANY USE, CONTINUED USE OR RELIANCE ON ANY THIRD PARTY ADVERTISEMENT DISPLAYED ON THE SITE, ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES OR OTHER MATERIALS RELATING TO ANY SUCH ADVERTISEMENT, ANY LINKED THIRD PARTY SITE OR ANY LINK CONTAINED IN A LINKED SITE.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

2. The failure of Aris Rental Services to enforce any right or provision in the Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by Aris Rental Services in writing.
3. The Terms of Use comprises the entire agreement between you and Aris Rental Services and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous negotiations or discussions, whether written or oral (if any) between the parties regarding the subject matter contained herein.
4. The Terms of Use has been initially drawn up in the English language. Translations in other languages may be available for your convenience. In case of conflict between the English language version and a translated version, the English language version shall prevail.
